Yoga & Sound Bath in the Cherry Border, in Collaboration with Scott Arboretum
Participate in the Japanese tradition of ‘hanami’, flower viewing, as you take in the beauty of the cherries during this yoga session with sound bath.
This program is a partnership with the Scott Arboretum of Swarthmore College, to promote health and wellness throughout our community.

It’s time to bask in the warmth of sunshine and community with our fourth annual Spring Fling on Saturday, April 26 from 10 am to 3 pm!

In this thought-provoking conversation, CCC Executive & Artistic Director John Alston will explore Elvis’ profound love of Black American music and its connection to both race and the popularization of Rock and Roll in America.

Family Live Arts Cultural Series: Hao Bang Ah! Snake! Puppetry by Chinese Theatre Works
Welcome spring with “Hao Bang Ah! Snake,” an original puppet show featuring the 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac presented by artists of the internationally acclaimed Chinese Theatre Works, from New York City.
There will also be tasty dumplings, craft-making activities, and an interactive Q & A with the artists in a hands-on puppet demonstration before and after the show.

Myofascial Release Workshop
Myofascial Release relieves your tension and improve your range of motion with myofascial release! Enjoy 90 minutes of yoga, foam rolling, meditation, and extended relaxation in this workshop designed to leave your muscles and joints with a greater flexibility.

Death Cafe
A Death Cafe is an opportunity for people to gather, share food and drink, and engage in a group-directed conversation about death. Please note, a Death Cafe is not a grief support group or a counseling session. This event will be hosted by End of Life Doula, Kim Schmucki

Let’s Talk About Periods
Attention 4th and 5th graders! Join local mom and women's health nurse Allison Garfinkel, RN in an open ended discussion geared towards 4th and 5th grade students (with uteruses) about how to best prepare for their period. We will learn a little bit about the menstrual cycle, share age appropriate knowledge, and each participant will leave with their own period kit.

Community Service Project with PASHI
Join the women of PASHI - an intergenerational powerhouse who’s mission is to make and donate reuseable menstrual pads, and carry pouches, to schools and organizations in Africa and beyond, serving school girls.

French Conversation Group

Learn some Irish dance moves with former professional Irish dancer, Nikki Corinne Thomas! In this two-hour workshop, you'll learn the basics of Irish step dance and some fun choreography. Restorative Chi Yoga Retreat for Spring
Welcome spring with this relaxing and informative mini-retreat designed to reduce anxiety and reset the central nervous system. Drawing inspiration from the energy healing arts of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the retreat includes breath awareness, self-massage, and essential oils to prepare the body to release held deeply held tension.
