Community Conversation Series:

Healthy Brain Aging with the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, University of Pennsylvania Medical School

In honor of November as National Alzheimer's Awareness month, join us in a community conversation about pro-active steps we can take to help maintain and preserve our brain health, to include healthy eating, physical activity and movement, as well as mindfulness and other at-home techniques. Offered in collaboration with the Penn Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, this presentation will offer science-backed tips and lifestyle changes we can incorporate into our daily lives, and close with a Q&A session.

Presented by Terrence Casey, Director of Communications and Outreach for the Penn Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, the Penn Memory Center, and the Penn Program on Precision Medicine for the Brain.
