Gentle Chi Yoga is a relaxing mix of self-massage, Qigong movements acupressure and restorative yoga poses. This unique self-care practice is designed to calm the central nervous system, strengthen the immune system while focusing on soft tissues, joints and ligaments to relieve both physical and emotional stress.

In Gentle Yoga, we gradually move in and out of poses, mindful of our bodies and breath. The movements are slow, linked with breath, and postures entered into gently. We end class with a resting pose, to prepare us for the rest of the day. Come and enjoy a practice that is gentle, mindful and conscious, while receiving the abundant benefits of yoga.
