Living Meditation, Fall I

In these challenging times, the practical wisdom of meditation can help us show up for our daily lives with more kindness, confidence and curiosity. This program is ideal for beginners as well as students who want to work on stabilizing their meditation. If you are new to meditation, you will receive an introduction to this profound practice. If you already practice meditation, this is an opportunity to join with others and strengthen your practice. Each session will include an overview, guided meditation in the practice techniques, discussion and recommendations for continuing one's practice.

Barry Buchy

Barry has studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhist meditations for over forty years. Authorized to teach in the Shambhala tradition, he has led group programs and counsels individual students
